J. Kenneth Major Reception Hall and Meeting Room

The Church of the Incarnation rents the J. Kenneth Parish Hall Rental, to outside persons and organizations provided the date is available and the event has been approved by the church’s Event Coordinator.
There is a $225.00 hall rental deposit, (non-negotiable) to secure the date, (no date will be held without a deposit). The deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days, after the event. All rules are to be followed. Trash and tables must be cleared and facility left in the same state as found. Party must end and everyone is required to be out of the building by 1 a.m. (Monday-Friday) and Midnight on Saturday. Full balance is due two weeks prior to event. Separate checks are required for parish hall, security guards and sexton/custodian. NO part of the deposit will be applied to any balance due for the use of the facility.
J. Kenneth Major Parish Hall rental includes four (4) hours activity with two (2) hours decoration and set-up. Times must be coordinated with the event coordinator and sexton/custodian. Each additional hour is $65.00 for hall and $20 per hour security guard. Non-payment of additional fees may result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Parish Hall Set-up/Layout
The hall will seat 200 people. The Hall rental includes tables and chairs and the use of a full kitchen for preparation (no cooking allowed). The kitchen has ample counter space, two standup warmers, commercial sinks, double door refrigerator, microwave and small icemaker.
Renters are allowed to provide their own caterer. Deejay and alcohol are allowed, provided it is stated in the contract. There are 16 round tables available which seat 8 people each and measure 64″. There are 250 blue and red stackable padded chairs. There are (4) 8ft tables and (8) 6ft tables available.
Clean-up, set-up and security fee is non-negotiable. The fee covers set-up and break-down of tables and chairs and the cleaning of the floors in the hall, kitchen and bathrooms, and security on the premises while the party is being held. Large spills and trash must be cleaned-up. White table linens are available for rental.
